RTS S.p.A. is certified for the design and manufacture of transportable TPED-compliant cylinder bundles, as well as for performing TPED conformity reassessment on pressure vessels originally manufactured as non-TPED.

In full compliance with applicable regulations, each solution can be further customized and adapted to meet the customer’s specific operational requirements, ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

Customization of RTS solutions can involve multiple system components, including pressure vessels—available in steel or composite materials—operating pressure levels, as well as the equipment, devices, and control and management instruments installed on the cylinder bundles.

In addition to TPED structures designed for transportable cylinder bundles, RTS S.p.A. also designs and manufactures PED structures for stationary applications, as well as dedicated solutions for offshore use.
Offshore configurations are developed using specific design and construction criteria that make them suitable for operation in extreme conditions—such as maritime transport and offshore platform installations—while ensuring high standards of safety, reliability, and structural robustness.

Each project is developed by the Technical Department of RTS S.p.A. with a dual objective: selecting and applying the most suitable materials and technologies for the specific application, while at the same time delivering the most effective and reliable solution for the customer.

3D modeling allows RTS S.p.A. to visualize the finished product and carry out preventive design checks already during the development phase.
Prototype manufacturing, the execution of tests—both destructive and non-destructive—and certification activities in compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and directives represent the essential steps for bringing a product to market.

All these activities are managed internally by RTS S.p.A., ensuring direct process control, high quality standards, safety, and full regulatory compliance.
